2000: Student initiative "myWHU" at the German WHU (Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung) in Vallendar - one of Germany's leading business schools - with the goal of developing and the implementing an intra-university information and communication portal.
2001: Establishment of the "myWHU portal" at the WHU; simultaneous project with InPraxi e.V., the alumni organisation of the WHU - Germany's best alumni association according to the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft. Establishment of the "myInPraxi portal"; development of the prototype of the later "IntrAlumni University Portal" and decision to incorporate; award for the business plan at a state competition for entrepreneurs (Gründerwettbewerb Multimedia of the Federal Ministry of Economics).
2002: The former myWHU-team members Jens Bender, Benjamin Elixmann, Martin Heibel and Stephan Herrlich establish the Implemens corporation, based in Vallendar.
2003: Implemens acquires its first customer in the education sector and launches version 2.0 of the IntrAlumni portal.
2004: Relocation to Berlin; initial focus on the university alumni market.
2005: Quick growth of the university alumni market; achievement of market leadership in alumni management solutions in Germany; important expansion of the IntrAlumni portal and launch of the release 3.0.
2006: Cooperation agreement with the social network specialists XING; opening of the office in Munich; broadening of the range of corporate alumni solutions.
2007: Strong growth with first reputed customer in European neighbour countries; launch of Law-net.eu - the online-community platform for lawyers - with the sellier. european law publishers; development and first implementations of the newest product release version 4.0.
2008: First customer workshop on "networking"; rebranding into IntraWorlds GmbH, relocation to Munich and establishment of the new office at the Balanstrasse; extension of the product range to community platforms for non-profit-organisations and corporates
