Four locations – one social network – one alumni software - 2010-01-04

The University of Applied Sciences Oberösterreich creates a network for its former students with IntraWorlds' alumni software

IntraWorlds started the implementation process of the FH Oberösterreichs’ alumni software solution in the middle of December. The release of the alumni software of the largest University of Applied Sciences in Austria is planned for the beginning of March. 

The social network allows former students of the four university locations at Wels, Linz, Hagenberg and Steyr to share information and connect with each other. The alumni software thus aims at creating an active and strong alumni network by simplifying communication and networking amongst its former students.  Moreover, the alumni network offers a career center for the alumni. Thus, the FH OÖ supports its alumni in finding the right jobs at the beginning of their professional careers. An event module simplifies the arrangement of reunions.

The University of Applied Sciences Oberösterreich combines practical education and courses to provide highly qualified students for local and international enterprises. Furthermore, the institution aims at becoming one of the leading positions of higher education in Central Europe.
