We had the opportunity to interview Linda Linzenbold, Manager of Personnel Marketing Bosch U.S.. Linzenbold shared how Bosch Germany and Bosch U.S. have maximized their talent success through utilizing IntraWorlds talent relationship management software and the advantages it has brought to the business.

 

Linzenbold expresses her experiences with students and how they do not want to be part of the mass, but prefer to feel that they are being communication to on an individual basis. She explains Bosch’s new perspective to approaching candidates in the U.S. and Germany, emphasizing the following important points:

When we asked about the benefits of using a TRM system, Linzenbold states that in the two years Bosch has adopted the program, many different business benefits and results can be identified, including the ability to easily generate automated communications to diverse talent segments.

 

Linzenbold says, that when a candidate has been in the pipeline for a specific amount of time, Bosch will then use the system to assist with:

  • Presenting job vacancies to candidates
  • Inviting candidates to apply for the company’s internship program
  • Keeping talents informed about relevant news and events

 

The TRM platform has allowed Bosch to build a robust talent pipeline containing a wealth of potential qualified candidates who are interested in working for Bosch.

To answer our last question regarding Bosch’s target outcomes derived from the TRM, Linzenbold states, that they definitely see the TRM program as a main contributor to their total hiring number. According to Linzenbold, additional objectives of using the TRM platform include reducing staff turnover and executing more successful interviews.
